Brent Eisen

Chief Legal Officer Esq

Brent Eisen has practiced law for almost 30 years and has been involved with over $1 billion in real estate transactions. Brent served as General Counsel to a land, residential and multi-family developer, a financial technology company specializing in commercial chain of title matters and a commercial lender where he created, implemented and managed the underwriting operations. He has reviewed and resolved complex title issues involving thousands of title commitments for both sellers and purchasers. Brent and his family live outside of Jerusalem.

Jaim Kivelevitz

Jaim Kivelevitz is an accomplished attorney with over 14 years of experience in real estate law. A graduate of Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey, he holds both a Juris Doctor and a Master’s degree in Library Science from the institution. Licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey, Jaim is also a licensed title producer in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
With more than five years of experience managing a title agency, Jaim brings a wealth of knowledge to the field of title insurance and real estate transactions. His expertise extends to legal scholarship, having been published in the Law Library Journal. Jaim’s comprehensive background combines practical legal experience with a strong foundation in information science, making him a valuable asset in both legal practice and academic circles.
